Dancing Downtown

Every Monday from 6 to 8pm at Peace Plaza

Dancing Downtown takes place every Monday thru June 29th from 6 to 8pm at the Peace Plaza.  The event is free and open to the public.  Whether you’re an experienced dancer or have never put on your dancing shoes…come for this fun evening of dancing from the local USA Dance Chapter, featuring different styles of dance each week.  Parking is free downtown after 5pm. Remember to bring a water bottle.

Lemonade Day

Event is Saturday June 6th – Register Today

Lemonade Day is a free, experiential, and educational program for children that teaches them the process of starting and then running their very own business…a lemonade stand!  On June 6, the Rochester Area Chamber will bring “Lemonade Day” to the Rochester area for the fifth year in row and young entrepreneurs will set up their lemonade stands throughout Byron, Rochester, and Stewartville and be open for business.

Stewartville Summertime Smash

Event is Saturday June 6th – Register Today

The Stewartville Summertime Smash is an unsanctioned, co-ed tennis tournament hosted at Stewartville High School. This event is designed to be competitive, welcoming, and community-driven and is perfect for players looking to test their game in a fun summer environment!  This USTA tournament runs June 12th thru 14th. Food trucks will be on-site throughout the event serving coffee and lunch. Prize money will be awarded to first-place winners in each division.

Saturday June 27th from 9-11am at KMTelecom Stadium in Kasson

The Emma’s Footprints Pregnancy & Infant Memorial Walk is Saturday June 27 from 9 to 11am at KM Telecom Stadium’s football field parking lot in Kasson. The walk includes: a Silent Auction, chair massages, facepainting, a coffee cart, ice cream truck and sweet treats stand.  The event is to raise awareness and help, hope and healing after pregnancy and infant loss.
