Senior Providers Network Vendor Fair

Wednesday April 24th – 9am to noon at 125 Live

The Senior Providers Network of Olmsted County is holding a Vendor Fair on Wednesday April 24th from 9am to Noon at 125 Live. Approximately 30 local vendors will take part in this event.  It’s about senior communities, services, assistance and more…all designed to make elder care easier.  The Vendor Fair is free and open to the public.

Epicure: One Bite at a Time

Saturday April 27th – 6 to 10pm at Channel One Warehouse

Tickets are on sale now for Channel One Regional Food Bank’s newest fundraising event “Epicure: One Bite at a Time”, April 27th.  13 partnering restaurants providing epicurean bites for 250 guests, who will all have the opportunity to eat, drink and socialize.  Throughout the evening, attendees can enjoy tours of their facility, diverse foods, custom cocktails and a chance to win exclusive food-centric auction packages.

CarePortal Olmsted County connects the community to urgent, real-time needs of vulnerable children and families in Olmsted County.  They are hosting a community gathering on Tuesday, May 7th from 7 to 8:30pm at Holy Cross Lutheran Church on 9th Ave NW. Kids Dreams Come True Big Cup Golf

Friday May 17th at Maple Valley Golf Course

The 6th Annual Kids Dreams Come True Big Cup Golf tournament takes place on May 17th at Maple Valley Golf Course.  Teams of 4 will raise money for Kids Dreams Comes True, a non-profit volunteer organization that seeks to bring joy and happiness to children with life-threatening illnesses or life-altering injuries in southeast Minnesota.

Wines of the World…a benefit for Bear Creek Services…is Friday May 17th from 6:30 to 9pm at the Rochester International Event Center.  It features over 150 wines, craft spirits and beers, delicious hors d’oeuvres, online auction, raffle and more!  Tickets are limited and available at: bearcreekservices.org

The Rochester House of Shields is hosting its 2024 Fundraiser and Golf Tournament on Saturday July 20th at the Dodge County Country Club.  House of Shields provides free lodging for police officers (active or retired) and their families when they require hospital care.
